Please provide 48 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations to avoid charges. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illnesses on a case-by-case basis. No fees are incurred if you reschedule within the same week.
We do not want you to clean before we come, however there are some simple steps to get the most out of your cleaning service. Ensure we have access to your office, disarm alarms, and tidy up to avoid extra charges. You might also choose to put away valuables to prevent accidents.
Our pricing is based on the size of your space (square footage), the type of service needed, the number of rooms, and any additional services requested. We provide transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

We’ll charge your credit card on file the day after your cleaning. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Regular service clients can also leave a check for the cleaning crew to turn into the office.

Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation.
